By creating an account or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You may use the Platform if you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 13, you may only use Brainjee with the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

If you are registering on behalf of a minor, you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian and accept these Terms on their behalf.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You may not create more than one account per person without our prior written consent.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not:

• Use the Platform to cheat on exams, assignments, or academic assessments in violation of your institution's academic integrity policies.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the Platform's content, AI models, or proprietary algorithms.
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Platform without our express written permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its related systems.

Brainjee offers both free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable rate.

• Free tier: Access to a limited set of features and content at no charge.
• Paid plans: Unlock full access; billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period; no refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by applicable law.
• Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases. Contact support within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
• Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days' notice of price changes before they take effect.

All content on the Platform — including lessons, videos, graphics, AI-generated responses, questions, and software — is owned by or licensed to Brainjee and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

The AI Tutor feature is provided for educational assistance only. It may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. You should not rely on AI-generated content as a substitute for professional advice — academic, legal, medical, financial, or otherwise.

Brainjee allows you to submit questions, feedback, notes, and other content ("User Content") to the Platform. You retain ownership of the User Content you create.

By submitting User Content, you grant Brainjee a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform. We do not sell individual User Content or AI conversation logs to third parties.

You represent that you have the right to submit the User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., Google Sign-In, payment processors). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Brainjee is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brainjee and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising under these Terms that is not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes by posting an updated version on the Platform and, where required, by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
